Marshall McGowan Hall, CD, OJ, PhD, has been the Chairman of CaPRI’s Board of Directors since inception. He was the Group Managing Director of the Jamaica Producers Group from 1979 until his retirement in June 2007 and serves on that Board’s Audit, Compensation and Executive Committees in addition to being a Board member of its subsidiary companies and related banana entities. He was formerly Executive Chairman of Jamaica Public Service Company and a Professor at the University of the West Indies and Washington University. He has also served on the boards of a number of public and private sector bodies and currently serves on the Council of the University of the West Indies, and the Boards of the Police Service Commission and the Police Civilian Oversight Authority. Dr. Hall was inducted into the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica Hall of Fame in October 2005. |

The Hon. Oliver F. Clarke joined The Gleaner Company Limited (Jamaica) in 1976 in the capacity of Managing Director and after several months was appointed as Chairman. Early in 2006 he received the American Friends of Jamaica Humanitarian Award. In 2004 he was made a Caribbean Luminary of the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies for his work both in the Caribbean and internationally. In 1998, he was awarded the Order of Jamaica and was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) in 1997. He received the Americas Award in 1990. Mr. Clarke holds membership in many Organizations including: Chairman of Jamaica National Building Society, Director of Jamaica Producers Group Ltd., Director of Independent Radio Company, Caribbean Media Corporation, PALS Jamaica and President of the Inter-American Press Association (IAPA) between 1997 and 1998. |

He serves on several Executives: International Union for Housing Finance; Inter-American Dialogue Financial Services; Caribbean Association of Housing Finance Institutions; FIA World Council for Automobile Mobility and Tourism - North America; Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica; National Council of Jamaica, Order of St John, UWI Mona Campus Council; Environmental Foundation of Jamaica Endowment Fund; and Jamaica Tourist Board. |

Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Board Chair for Undergraduate Studies; and Institutional Advancement Officer at the UWI Mona Campus, Professor of International Business in the Department of Management Studies at UWI, Mona campus.He serves on the boards of Jamaica Producers Group, Jamaica Promotions Corporation and the Statistical Institute of Jamaica. He is Chairman of the Audit Committees of the Boards of NCB Jamaica Limited and NCB Insurance Company Limited. |

She is a former Pro Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of the West Indies' (UWI) Mona Campus. Her career in education has included stints as high school teacher, Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in the UWI School of Education as well as Professor of Gender and Development Studies, Pro Vice Chancellor and Chair of the Board for Undergraduate Studies and Deputy Principal of the Mona Campus, UWI. She was a member of the Privy Council of Jamaica from 1996 to 2006, and was awarded the national honour of Officer of Distinction (Commander Class) in 2000. She was named Professor Emerita by the UWI following her retirement in 2007. |
