Solar Photovoltaic: 

- Project must be eligible for connection to the GRENLEC electrical network, in-service after January 1, 2011, and customer owned - Rate: Fixed price of $EC0.45/kWh for the duration of the agreement or a variable price on a per kWh basis calculated annually on the previous twelve month fuel price average (to be reviewed annually). - Interconnection configuration: "buy all/sell all" where customer will be charged for all energy consumed on site, regardless of source, then credited for all energy produced by RE system at the above rates. -Combined capacity of all systems on a block must not exceed 500 kW (to be reviewed annually or when a quantity block is full subscribed). - Each applicant will be limited to 100 kW

Solar Thermal: 

- Solar Water Heater: Exempt from General Consumption Tax (standard 20% import duty)

Wind (Onshore):
