Solar Thermal: 

- National Housing Trust (NHT) Solar Water Heating (SWH) loan - Available to contributors who can provide a title for a residential property or who have at least enough funds in their Contribution Accounts at NHT equal to the cost of the system + JMD 20,000. - Interest rate of 3% (with a 5% service charge), to buy and install the system. - Maximum loan term of 5 years - Loan limit of JMD 250,000 - National Housing Trust (NHT) Solar Water Heating (SWH) loan - Available to contributors who can provide a title for a residential property or who have at least enough funds in their Contribution Accounts at NHT equal to the cost of the system + JMD 20,000. - Interest rate of 3% (with a 5% service charge), to buy and install the system. - Maximum loan term of 5 years - Loan limit of JMD 250,000
